Founded with a specific purpose in mind
Rivvex came into being when its founding partners concluded that legal services in Singapore too often prioritised speed over substance. Clients — particularly those navigating a legal matter for the first time — were left with outcomes they did not fully understand and correspondence they could not easily interpret.
The practice was established at Raffles Place to serve both corporate and individual clients, with a deliberate focus on three areas where careful preparation and patient communication make a material difference: commercial leasing, regulatory compliance, and personal injury.
Today, Rivvex continues to operate with a small, experienced team. We have chosen breadth over depth and consider this a strength — our solicitors know their practice areas thoroughly, and clients benefit from that focus.

Law Society Compliance
All solicitors at Rivvex hold a valid practising certificate issued under the Legal Profession Act and operate within the Law Society of Singapore's Professional Conduct Rules.
Data Protection
Client data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We maintain secure systems, restricted access, and clear data retention protocols.
Client Confidentiality
Solicitor-client privilege is maintained as a matter of course. Client information is not shared with any party outside the engagement without written consent.
AML/CFT Obligations
We fulfil all anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism obligations applicable to legal practices under the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes Act.
Transparent Fee Agreements
All engagements are governed by a written fee agreement signed before any work commences. Scope, cost, and timelines are set out clearly at the outset.
Continuing Development
All solicitors complete annual Continuing Professional Development requirements set by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education, keeping their knowledge current and applicable.
